Firstly I would like to apologise for lack of posting on the site. This was due to work overload, only just got some time in my current film project to bring some recruitment/learning information.
Escape Studios in the US are hosting a presentation this Saturday aimed at showing you what you really need to know to thrive in the industry, hosted by Pam Hogarth, Director of Marketing at LOOK Effects in Los Angeles will show you using 3D Artist Josh Mossotti as an example of what to do and how to get there. Afterwards you also get to talk to the Escape Team about getting that dream job and free 30 day access to there Maya Essentials Online Course (Worth $1,155.60).
I personally have taken a 2 day intro course and an online course with Escape Studios here in the UK as well as attend some events and is worth going along and talking to them if you can make it.
